Business Process Optimization Analyst

Main Mission :

Within the group & across all the X-FAB sites, as a BPO Analyst, you support and identify process optimization opportunities by a systematic & data driven approach to analyze, document and improve business processes to achieve maximum standardization, efficiency, quality and cost effectiveness. 

You play a key role in moderating workshops & rollout of global business processes. Continuous process improvement with the right prioritization, and management of the approved implementation are the essential outcomes of your role.

 

Responsabilities :

Analyze, model and optimize As‑Is and To‑Be processes at functional and End‑to‑End (E2E) level, ensuring standardization and increased automation.
Facilitate cross‑functional process design workshops and leverage data‑driven analysis and site‑to‑site benchmarking to identify best practices.
Define, track and report process performance KPIs, in collaboration with E2E Global Process Owners and Functional Experts.
Lead continuous process improvement initiatives and support the design of new E2E or functional processes for new businesses or entities.
Contribute to SAP implementation projects, supporting process refinement, UAT, cutover and hypercare phases, and developing training materials.
Ensure strong process governance, maintaining process models, documentation and versioning, and enforcing modeling standards (e.g. Signavio).
Collaborate closely with IT and Data teams to ensure accurate process representation across systems (ERP, MES, Quality) and support testing and system integrations.
Act as a key interface between business and technical teams, support change management, train Functional Experts and Global Process Owners, and operate as a center of competence.

 

Your profile :

You have a Master degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering or IT

You have more than five years of experience in Business Process Management, Operations or Continuous Improvement

You have strong analytical skills

You have excellent documentation capability and strong communication skills

You are fluent in professional English, both written and spoken

Preferred : Lean/Six Sigma certification, ERP (SAP), Celonis, Signavio and/or a Power BI experience 

Speaking German is a plus.

 

Additional information :

The position can be based in Corbeil-Essonnes (FRA), Erfurt, Dreden or Itzehoe (GER).

Occasional travel may be required.
