Senior Engineer
JOB SUMMARY
To control/monitor wafer fabrication process and equipment by means of device test for the purpose of line yield, wafer yield and reliability improvement.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Schedule, coordinate, and complete all production support activities including etest program/hardware acceptance, test program debug, yield enhancement, and ECN release.
2. Investigate wafer yield loss and generate fallout pareto.
3. Develop electrical test program.
4. Generate test specifications based on technology electric parameter’s specification.
5. Interface with vendors, external and internal customers on all phases test issue.
6. Implement wafer test time reduction and gross margin manufacturing.
7. Participate in yield improvement QIT.
8. Drive low yield analysis and corrective actions and lot and wafer disposition.
9. Provide support to reliability activities and manufacturing.
10. Participate in equipment acquisition process.
11. To contribute towards the achievement of quality objectives by complying to the quality operating system and participating in continuous improvement activities (defect prevention, reduction of variation or prevention of waste).
12. To contribute towards the achievement of the EHS objectives by complying to the EHS policy and participating in the implementation of EHS management system.
13. Any other assignment deems fit that shall be given to you from time to time.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
1. Qualification: Minimum bachelor degree in electrical and/or electronic and/or device engineering.
2. Experience: 3 to 10 years related experience. Plus with experience in wafer foundry environment.

j) SPC, MES and QC Story tools.
