Finance / Controlling Systems Officer

Summary:

• Ensure data integrity between Information Systems

• Assist in Global SAP (ERP) Implementation

• Assist in Period End closing activities

• Identify and Drive AI adoption for FI/CO across all sites

• Identify improvement, automation and standardization opportunities for Global FI/CO

Job Scope:

1. Ensure data integrity and quality through regular checks on data in Power BI and external sources

2. Supporting the implementation and optimization of new reports and improve existing reports

3. Assist in SAP implementation ensuring smooth integration with business processes.

4. Drive AI adoption in FI/CO, focusing data security, data integrity, efficiency, and quality improvement

5. Identify opportunities to improve, automate, and standardize finance globally:

6. Collaborate with local teams people to optimize monthly allocations and provisions, annual report preparation, long-term contracts management, and P&L extra-ordinary items,

7. Enhance ERP implementation by integrating MBR files into Power BI, and synchronizing excel files globally

8. Lead and support the implementation of software solutions, such as OCR software, Readsoft, travel management system, etc

9. Conduct efficiency review of files and databases, optimizing global synchronization of Excel files.   

10. Enhance automation for finance and controlling processes, including monthly provisions, allocations, annual report requirements)

11. Travel within X-FAB sites

Qualifications:

• At least 3 to 5 years financial work experience with exposure to ERP and IT Systems

• Or auditor with at least 3 to 5 years experience preferably with exposure to systems audits
