Your role

  • Ensuring the reliability of utility services within your area of responsibility
  • Collaborating with site partners regarding maintenance, new installations, or modifications to all facilities
  • Selecting contractors and external service providers, managing contract awards and fulfillment, and organizing their coordination
  • Planning and implementation of new installations and decommissioning of production facilities or utility systems in compliance with all specifications
  • Creation and maintenance of installation documentation, layouts, and records
  • Assistance with emergency response and troubleshooting
  • Assumption of the position as a Certified Electrical Specialist (VEFK) and the associated duties and responsibilities in accordance with national and international laws, standards, and regulations

 

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree, technical certification, or master craftsman’s certification in an electrical engineering field (e.g., electrical engineering)
  • Knowledge of building services engineering that extends beyond office buildings
  • Ideally, initial professional experience with production cleanrooms in the semiconductor industry, initial experience in environmental management or occupational safety, and project experience
  • A highly structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
  • A strong sense of responsibility and conscientiousness
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and with very good German and English language skills
