Our Corporate Learning & Development (L&D) department empowers employees around the globe to develop their skills and prepare for the future. At the same time, our Change Management supports major transformation initiatives across the entire company group.

Join our international team and contribute to two strategically important, high-impact global projects:

🔧 1. Global Learning Management System (LMS) Project
  • Support the project management team during the implementation
  • Actively contribute to the Go-Live phase by helping execute the international communication strategy
  • Develop and enhance audience-specific training materials, presentations, and user guides to enable effective use of the LMS across global teams
  • Ensure quality and consistency of training formats and support content tailored to different user groups

🔄 2. Company-Wide Change Management Initiatives
  • Support the planning and execution of communication and change activities within international transformation projects
  • Create engaging content such as newsletters, intranet posts, visuals, and presentations
  • Assist with stakeholder mapping and change impact analyses
  • Conduct research on best practices and emerging trends in Change Management and Learning & Development

🧩 General Support
  • Provide administrative and organizational support for both projects
  • Attend meetings, take minutes, and track action items
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams

 

🎯 Your Profile

You're curious, communicative, and ready to make an impact? Then this could be the perfect opportunity for you:

  • Enrolled student in Business Administration, Educational Sciences, Psychology, Communication, or a comparable field
  • Initial experience or strong interest in Learning & Development, HR processes, Change or Project Management
  • Confident handling of MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
  • Competent use of common AI tools
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and German
  • Structured and self-driven working style with attention to detail
  • Strong team spirit and a proactive mindset
  • Intercultural awareness and enthusiasm for global transformation topics
