In this position in the Quality department, you will be a key player in analysing complaints and identifying solutions. Your focus is on the preparation and implementation of 8D reports to the customer, the definition of corrective and improvement measures and the responsibility as 8D Team Leader to ensure internal measures.
Your role:

Complaint handling: team building/leading the team to analyse the problem and propose a solution in the form of an 8D report according to the type of complaint

Customer communication: You prepare the decision on 8D reports and communicate professionally with our customers.

Corrective and improvement actions: You coordinate corrective and improvement actions, their implementation and report in a structured manner in the form of 8D reports. As an 8D Team Leader, you take responsibility for the implementation of internal measures.
Your profile:

Completed studies in a scientific or engineering field.

Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work in a multicultural environment.

Solution- and customer-orientated way of working:You are confident in dealing with internal and external partners and can utilise your communication skills in a targeted manner.

Experience in customer communication is an advantage.

A high sense of responsibility and a structured, independent way of working.

Knowledge of MEMS is an advantage.

Experience with VDA6.3, IATF16949 and the Automotive Quality Core Tools (especially FMEA and/or test equipment monitoring) is desirable.

Good to very good written and spoken English skills.
