Your Role:
- Technological and technical support of equipment for photolithographic processes
- Equipment support for production and development projects
- Monitoring, maintenance, and definition of technological parameters
- Development and maintenance of manufacturing documentation
- Design, implementation, and maintenance of new process steps in your area of expertise
- Preparation, execution, and analysis of SPC and FDC data
- Preparation, execution, and documentation of equipment tests
- Planning, execution, and evaluation of experimental designs; support for the development department
- Support and implementation of new MicroSystems projects
- Responsibility for process technologies across and within individual process steps
- Technical support of production personnel
- Project management

Your Profile:
- University degree in a scientific or engineering field
- Ideally, professional experience as a process engineer and familiarity with the semiconductor industry
- Solution- and customer-oriented working style; confident interaction with internal and external customers
- Proficient in handling large data sets and using MS Office
- Strong team spirit, high motivation, resilience, flexibility, reliability, creativity, curiosity, and a goal-oriented, independent working style
- Enjoyment of successful teamwork rounds off your profile
