Turn new semiconductor technologies into manufacturing reality—from the initial idea to volume production.
Would you like to do more than maintain existing processes? Do you want to develop and test new technologies and successfully transfer them into volume production? Then join our Process Innovation Center (PIC) team. We are looking for additional Engineers (all genders) to join us at the earliest opportunity.
Your responsibilities:
- Develop new semiconductor processes using DOE-based experimental design
- Conduct experiments and manufacture prototypes on production equipment
- Define robust process windows and develop concepts to demonstrate process capability (Cpk)
- Support new technologies throughout ramp-up and industrialization
- Prepare technology transfer packages, including statistical process control, risk management, documentation, and training
- Scale new processes across multiple production tools and manufacturing areas

Your profile:
- You hold a degree in electrical engineering, microelectronics, physics, chemistry, or a comparable field
- You have several years of professional experience in a technology-driven environment and sound knowledge of semiconductor technology
- You work in an analytical and structured manner and enjoy experimentation and data analysis
- You demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and a high commitment to quality
- You have a good command of both German and English
- Strong teamwork and communication skills complete your profile
