Your Role

  • Design of embedded non-volatile memory architectures to meet the highest customer and market requirements
  • Management of memory design projects through to mass production readiness
  • Development of analog circuit blocks across various technology nodes down to 110nm feature size
  • Definition of verification processes for non-volatile memories, including data analysis and evaluation
  • Evaluation of new memory concepts and architectures for use in embedded memories
  • Documentation of development results
  • Technical contact for the internal sales organization and external customers

Your Profile

  • Completed university degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor Technology, or a related field; a PhD is desirable
  • Experience in electronics development, including design, simulation, and testing
  • Professional experience in the development of analog and mixed-signal circuits
  • Experience in development environments for the automotive industry is desirable
  • Proficient in MS Office, Linux development environments, and complex design software such as Cadence
  • Excellent English language skills
