  • Develop and execute test programs to evaluate the performance of semiconductor/ Non-Volatile Memory (NVM) devices under various operating conditions.
  • Perform bench-level electrical measurements to extract device characteristics, analyse bit cell behavior, and assess reliability performance.
  • Analyse measurement data, compile detailed reports, and support ongoing characterisation campaigns.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot failures or abnormal electrical behaviors in measured devices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Technology Development, Design and Production to ensure alignment between electrical performance and product specifications.
  • Support NVM technology development by delivering comprehensive insights into device models, specifications, and design rules.
  • Create documentation of test programs, characterisation results, and modeling data in accordance with procedures.
  • Identify areas for improvement and proactively implement solutions to enhance workflow efficiency and test accuracy.

Your skills:

  • Bachelor/Master in Electrical, Electronics Engineering, Material science, Physics or equivalent
  • Understanding of semiconductor device physics and process integration principles.
  • Experience in device characterisation, reliability testing, and test program scripting is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with electrical measurement systems and parametric analysers (e.g., HP 4156, Keithley 4200, Keysight B1500) is an advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with electrical characterization techniques such as I-V, C-V, HCI and memory endurance testing is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and present findings clearly.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
