Process Integration Engineer (f/m/d)
Purpose :
Within the Yield Enhancement Department at X-FAB France, the Integration team is looking for a new Process Integration Engineer (m/f/x).
As a Process Integration Engineer (m/f/x), you will design and optimize semiconductor manufacturing processes to meet product performance, quality, yield, and reliability requirements.
Your responsabilities :
- Contribute to the technical qualification of a mask stack manufacturing process as part of a technology or technology option transfer or development project.
- Monitor and improve manufacturing process sequences for a product, technology, or technology option.
- Ensure product functionality, manufacturability, competitiveness, on-time delivery, yield, and quality.
- Establish and maintain the associated documentation, including critical parameter definitions, Process Flows, Control Plans, FMEAs, and related documents.
- Proactively contribute to yield, performance, and manufacturability improvement initiatives.
- Validate process and/or equipment changes, as well as qualification plans, upon request from Process Engineers.
- Support the Quality Department in managing process excursions and customer returns by providing technical support, participating in 8D investigations and MRB activities, ensuring communication, and coordinating action plans through implementation of corrective actions.
- Promote process standardization across the various technologies under your responsibility.
- Contribute to the execution of activities within your technological scope as part of technology and product development projects.
Your profile :
- Master's degree in Engineering (or equivalent qualification) with experience in process engineering or process integration, ideally within the semiconductor industry.
- Fluent English (minimum B2 level).
- Autonomous, rigorous, and curious, with a proactive mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple topics and projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of problem-solving and continuous improvement methodologies such as 8D, DMAIC, and FMEA.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions based on physical and electrical parameters while considering business impact.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Knowledge of JMP, R, or Python programming.
