Innovation Program Manager (f/m/x/ - CDD
Your Role
As an Innovation Program Manager (f/m/x), you will support the Innovation team during a maternity leave by coordinating publicly funded projects in France. You will serve as the primary point of contact for French public authorities, coordinate X-FAB’s internal activities related to the French IPCEI ME/CT projects and the French Research Tax Credit (CIR), and contribute to the preparation of the French IPCEI-AST proposal.
Your Responsibilities
Funded Project Coordination
- Act as the main interface with French public authorities and funding bodies for all project-related matters.
- Coordinate X-FAB’s internal activities within the framework of the French IPCEI ME/CT projects.
- Coordinate X-FAB’s internal activities related to the French Research Tax Credit (CIR).
- Monitor project milestones, deliverables, reporting deadlines, and action plans to ensure timely project execution.
- Coordinate activities between technical teams, project managers, Finance, and the central Innovation team.
- Organize project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on agreed actions.
Project Proposal Preparation Support
- Participate in the preparation and consolidation of the French IPCEI-AST proposal.
- Coordinate technical, financial, and administrative contributions from internal stakeholders.
- Ensure the collection and submission of all required documentation within deadlines.
- Support interactions with internal and external partners during the proposal preparation phase.
Project Administration
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation, schedules, and reporting files.
- Contribute to reporting activities and ensure compliance with funding body requirements.
- Provide administrative support to the Innovation team for publicly funded projects in France.
Your Profile
- Master’s degree (MSc, Engineering degree, or equivalent) in Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Initial experience in project coordination or project management.
- Knowledge of the French Research Tax Credit (CIR) scheme is an asset.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
- Structured, autonomous, and proactive working style.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Languages: French C1 (written and spoken) / English B2 (written and spoken).
